Our Chef’s background and skill complement our goal of utilizing the wide variety of local food products that are available: fish, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, beef and lamb, as well as wines. And, during your stay, our friendly staff provides a welcoming and personal atmosphere for your dining experience.
Breakfast and lunch are presented buffet-style over a two-hour period designed to accommodate your agenda. Guests choose from a well-balanced selection of hot dishes, as well as an assortment of fruits or salads, that allow for each guest’s individual dietary preferences and limitations. Menus are planned to be light but satisfying, so your participants can comfortably stay focused on meeting goals.
Our waiters serve the Chef’s more relaxed four-course dinner in a setting of white tablecloths, menus, and simple floral centerpieces. Your nightly selection of three entrées always includes a vegetarian choice. Regional beer and wine are available for individual purchase at dinner or can be pre-ordered for the group.
Our Snack and Beverage Menu offers a variety of items you may pre-order for delivery to your meeting building according to your daily schedule. Whatever fits your group’s budget and allotted time – from fresh vegetables to local Hog Island oysters; cookies to our gourmet cheese platter featuring Cowgirl Creamery cheeses and Point Reyes Blue; morning muffins and fruit; fresh coffee and soft drinks to microbrews or champagne – our menu has something to tempt your palette.
