Supporting Documents:
These documents include the must read Guidelines for Conference Planners as well as supporting information needed to fill in the Required Planning documents.  

Once you complete a Fill-in Form, you can save it to your machine so that you can make any changes and resubmit it without completing the entire form again.  Print the completed forms, sign where appropriate and mail or fax them to Marconi.

Rate Cards:
Use the Rate card for the year in which your meeting will be held.  

Conferee Documents:
Please feel free to print and reproduce the Conferee documents to distribute to your conference participants.
